What happens post-audit?

We’ll share a detailed 90-day action plan to create meaningful impact, and a high-level roadmap for the next 12 months.

What happens if my audit takes less time?

Our initial audit + roadmap provides a bank of 40 hours over 30 days. Most of the time will be spent on the audit and roadmap, but remaining hours are allocated to providing some quick wins. Previous clients have used remaining hours on projects like:

Can we have an exploratory call first?

Of course! Any incoming client should be a match, not a fit! Please visit our contact page to book a complimentary 30-min discovery session. If we’re not the right consultants for you, we’ll make intros to a few folks who may be, using our wide network. If we are, you’ll receive a formal proposal for the audit, and a proposed start date. If you are local to your consultant’s home base, an in-person match-testing meeting may be available.
